If your call is not answered please leave a voice mail with details. We’ll return your call within 24 hours. If you can provide any error messages you may get that would be incredibly helpful.
To help us diagnose and solve the issue, if you could include:
- Device Type (Apple/Android/iPhone/Samsung/Desktop/Tablet)
- Network (SaskTel/Rogers/Bell etc)
- Whether you’re on Wifi or Data
- What you were trying to do and what you thought should happen, and what did (or didn’t) happen
- A contact # or email we can reach you at.
The most common issues we’ve run into can be solved if you make sure:
- You’ve provided your location
- Your data or wifi has connection
- You check your spam folder for the confirmation email (this should arrive within 2 minutes of submission. You may need to try a different @hotmail. @gmail, @sasktel.net email if you have one. Some spam filters block incoming emails)
- What you were trying to do and what you thought should happen, and what did (or didn’t) happen
- You have a valid credit card, and have filled the fields out correctly
